BMW – Rosslyn Canopies

Heightsafety Gear (Pty) Ltd, recently designed, supplied and installed over 400 m of our Heightsafetyline™ Safe Roof™ permanent fall arrest anchor line system to Bartlett Construction (Pty) Ltd for the BMW Rosslyn Plant. Heightsafety Projects (Pty) Ltd did the complete installation with a 4 person team over a two month period. The systems installed will insure a permanent safe access route when working on roof areas.

Mercedes Benz Daimler Roof Tops, HeightSafety Line™ Safe roof™ systems

HeightSafety Gear and Projects recently designed, supplied and installed our HeightSafetyline™, Safe Roof™, Fall Arrest Anchor Line System at Mercedes Benz Daimler manufacturing plant in East London, Eastern Cape. 41 lifeline systems at a total length of 3000 meters were installed over a period of 4 weeks. This plant is part of the C‑Class global production network and is producing the fourth generation of the highest volume model series of Mercedes Benz.

IBAS GROUP, SASOL Secunda Cooling Towers Heightsafety Line™, Safe Walk life lines systems design and

Heightsafety Gear recently designed and supplied our Heightsafetyline™ Safe Walk (a permanent fall arrest lifeline system) to Sasol Secunda. The lifeline systems were installed on four cooling towers internal walkway systems for safe sprinkler maintenance. A total of 348 life lines at a distance of 10 680 meters where supplied. The lifeline systems were supplied via IBAS group who is an approved Sasol contractor and a Heightsafetyline™ distributor and installer.

Chemical Initiatives AECI Fall Arrest Anchoring structures

Through a joint venture with NOSA, HeightSafety recently designed, supplied and installed a fall arrest system and engineered anchor structure solutions for Chemical Initiatives AECI in Durban (Umbogintwini Plant) and in Johannesburg (Chloorkop Plant). The purpose of the fall arrest structures is to ensure safe working at height when loading and offloading trucks. Chemical Initiatives is Southern Africa’s leading player in sulphuric acid and sulphur-based chemicals which madethe risk on the site extremely high and the installation very challenging. The turn key solution included design, fabrication, civil works, corrosion protection and installation of a total of ten structures weighing 10 t
